Prayer Is The Key To Our Relationship With God

What is prayer? Prayer is our direct line with heaven. Prayer is a communication process that allows us to talk to God! He wants us to communicate with Him, like a person-to-person phone call. Cell phones and other devices have become a necessity in today’s society. We have smart phones, tablets, and talking computers! These tools are means of communication that allow two or more people to interact, discuss, and respond to one another.

To many people, prayer seems complicated, but it is simply talking to God.

We are a church that believes in prayer. Prayer should always be the first thing we do. Trying to do church without prayer is like trying to vacumn with the vacumn cleaner unplugged. There is a lot of motion and effort but no real results.

It is our privilege to pray for you. If you have any prayer needs, whether you are a guest or a regular attendee, please share them with us so that we can pray together.

You can add your prayer requests onto our prayer wall. We have individuals who specifically pray for your needs each week.

Make sure to check the status of your request in the “Share” field so that we know if this is a private request or not. On the name field, do not put your full name, first name is fine. You also do not need to include your email or phone number however, by including your email you will be notified when someones prays for your request.

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18   New American Standard Bible (NASB)

16 Rejoice always; 17 pray without ceasing; 18 in everything give thanks; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

My husband had a minor surgery on Friday and in the midst of recovery he threw out his back in a way that's left him immobilized for almost 2 days and in serious pain. Even with a trip to ER he is still immobilized and in excruciating pain. He is physically and mentally drained. Please pray for his pain to subsided and his back to fully heal.

I have made the decision to get out of the Military but am struggling with the correct path. I have applied to several Law School because that is where I believe that God is calling me, but transitioning from something I have known my whole life is proving to be quite stressful. I just want to do what is going to be best. I am taking the LSAT in Feb and hope to do well. I would just like to have prayers for the Lord to show me the path that would have me serve him best.
